- 2. Switch to closed storage. Bins and cabinets instead of cardboard and open shelves.
- 3. Add a mat or track zone at the door to catch the worst of what shoes and tires bring in.
- 4. Seal the floor. This is the big one. Coating the concrete with epoxy or polyaspartic stops the slab from shedding powder entirely — there's no exposed concrete surface left to dust. A sealed floor doesn't generate particles, and the dust that does land wipes or mops up instead of grinding into the pores.
